Basic questions about order

1. Can I purchase the product through wire transfer/account payment mode?

Yes, you can purchase through wire transfer/account payment mode, but please write your requirement to Sales@sensing-world.com or contact us through chat to proceed further.

2. What is the delivery time for the product?

Estimated delivery time(ETA time) is 23 to 30 working days after payment received.

3. Where can I track my order?

You can certainly track your orders from our online web store, Post logging in with your credentials, you can track your purchases.

4. How can I get the invoice copy for my order?

We can provide you with the invoice copy after the order ships. In case of any queries, please contact Sales@sensing-world.com. The hard copy of the invoice will be shipped along with the package.

5. How can I return my order?

 

You can return the product if it becomes defective or non-functional under normal operating conditions during the warranty period of 20 days. For more details, check out Refund Policy. 

6. What is the procedure involved in customs clearance?

You will receive an intimation from the carrier to your registered email address about the clearance process. Please get in touch with the local carrier facility to provide clearance-related documents, and if you require further support, contact Sales@sensing-world.com.

7. How can I get the software and all the necessary documents to access this camera?

If you have not yet purchased our product, you can choose the product you want to know and download its product specifications and instructions directly from its Documents page.

If you have already purchased the camera product,you can download the software from our Service Platform.Then, all you need is your Product SN code (By entering the SN code, unique internal parameter data can be queried).

8. What support does SGWRD Systems provide along with the camera?

SGWRD will provide basic support on the evaluation for all the customers who have purchased the camera. We will help in choosing the best compatible camera based on the application use case of the customer. This will help the customer to choose the right product for their system. SGWRD will also provide hardware/software/firmware customization like form factor, interface type, IP rating, and lens mount based on your requirements.

9.  Do you provide a 3D STP file for the product?

We do provide 3D STP file for our products after you purchasing them. You can download the SerDes configuration file from our our Service Platform，, or you can to send us email to Support@sensing-world.com (Note camera SN code) Obtain.

10. Where can I find my product SN code? What's the purpose of product SN code? Where can I use it?

A product SN code is a numeric code assigned to a particular request to buy our camera products. You can download the required files and software from our Service Platform using the SN code of your purchase of our camera products. 

11. Are SGWRD' cameras available with ISP?

Yes.We have camera modules with built-in ISP, these modules all have an inbuilt ISP (Image Signal Processor), to perform major image processing functions, can Output Uncompressed YUV format.

12. Will I receive support if I encounter problems accessing or using the camera?

Yes.If you encounter any related technical issues,You can to send us email Support@sensing-world.com (Note camera SN code) ，and provide a detailed description of the issue you have encountered.
